1. About us

Tools Empire (toolsempire.net) is a digital-goods storefront operated by Tools Empire. All products listed on this site are digital services, subscriptions, or electronically delivered goods. Nothing physical is shipped.

2. Accounts

Some features, including the shopping cart, wallet, order history, and checkout, require a registered customer account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will never ask for your password by email or support chat.

3. Pricing and currencies

Prices are displayed in your selected currency. The default exchange rate is 100 INR (₹) = 1 USD ($). Currency conversion is performed by this storefront for display and checkout; the final charge is calculated at the exchange rate active at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to update exchange rates without notice.

4. Ordering and delivery

When you place an order, you confirm that the selected product, variant, and quantity are correct. Orders are submitted to our connected developer API with a unique idempotency key to prevent accidental duplicates. Delivery details, credentials, or access links are shown immediately after a successful order and in your account order history.

5. Wallet payments

You may deposit funds into your on-site wallet. Deposits are reviewed and approved by our team before they become available for spending. Wallet balance can only be used on this storefront and is not transferable, refundable to a payment provider, or redeemable for cash.

6. Refunds

Because digital products are usually delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the product is not as described or not delivered. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support within 7 days if your order was not fulfilled.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site for fraud, abuse, automated scraping, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts or block access for violations.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the storefront means you accept the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
