How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, choose a variant, add it to your cart, and check out. You can pay from your wallet or use our secure CollectUPI UPI QR payment flow.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI QR payments through CollectUPI and on-site wallet payments. You can top up your wallet via UPI QR or request a manual deposit.
Is delivery instant?
Yes. After a successful order, delivery details, credentials, or access links are shown immediately on your receipt page and saved in your account order history.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds USDT balance. Deposit funds via UPI QR for instant credit, or request a manual deposit reviewed by our team. Wallet balance can be used at checkout.
What if my order is missing or wrong?
Contact support within 7 days with your order number. We will investigate and either resend the correct details or issue a refund to your wallet.
Is my data safe?
We use HTTPS, modern security headers, CSRF protection, prepared database statements, and rate limiting. Payment details are handled by CollectUPI; we never store card or UPI PIN data.
Do you offer refunds?
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the product is not as described or not delivered. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
